How to cook mushrooms - general rules
You will need - mushrooms, water for soaking, water for cooking, salt, a saucepan, a knife for cleaning mushrooms
Boil mushrooms for 10-20 minutes in salted water over low heat without a lid, put mushrooms in boiling water. To remove forest debris, you can soak the mushrooms in salted water before boiling them.
Some types of mushrooms need to be soaked in water in order not to taste bitter. Before cooking, absolutely all mushrooms should process after collection.
If you doubt the quality of the mushrooms, for safety, add a peeled onion to the mushroom pan to the pan: it should not change color as it cooks. If the bulb has a blue tint, then there is a poisonous mushroom in the pan.
