Cooking in a saucepan using the five-minute method
1. Put a saucepan with sugar, pears and apples on a small fire, warm up to about 80 degrees (no boiling, but with steam), cover and let stand for 10 hours (or overnight).

1. Fold the apple and pear slices into the multicooker cooking container and add sugar.
2. Leave apples and pears in a slow cooker, let stand for 2 hours.
3. Cook on the "Soup" or "Stew" mode for 1.5 hours. Stir the jam 4 times during cooking.

Cooking in a bread maker
1. Place apple and pear slices in a bucket of a bread machine, add sugar.
2. Turn on the "Jam" mode, cook apple and pear jam for 1.5 hours.
