Sugar - 600 grams
Cognac - 150 grams

How to make persimmon jam
1. Wash and dry persimmons, remove seeds. Select the persimmon pulp from the skin with a teaspoon.
2. Put the pulp of the persimmon into a non-enameled saucepan and cover with sugar.
3. Put the saucepan on fire, cook for 10 minutes with constant stirring over low heat.
4. Remove the pan with persimmon jam, add brandy and mix well.
5. Pour the persimmon jam into sterilized jars and twist.
6. Until the jars of persimmon jam are completely cooled, store upside down, tightly covered with a blanket.
