Products
Cabbage - 2 kilograms
Tomatoes - 1 kilogram
Carrots - 2 medium
Bell peppers - 2 large or 4 small (300 grams)
Garlic - 2 heads
Sunflower oil - half a glass
Salt - 2 rounded tablespoons
Sugar - half a glass
Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Vinegar 9% - 1 teaspoon

Food preparation
1. Peel dry leaves from cabbage, wash and wipe dry.
2. Cut the head of cabbage in half (ideally so as to slightly touch the stump on one side).
3. Chop the cabbage into thin pieces of about 5x0.5 centimeters.
4. Put the cabbage in a bowl and mash a little.
5. Wash the tomatoes, pour over with boiling water and peel and chop finely.
6. Peel the garlic and chop finely.
7. Peel the sweet pepper from seeds and stalks and chop finely.

Winter cabbage salad in a saucepan
1. Put vegetables in a saucepan, put on fire.
2. Pour in butter, add sugar, salt and pepper.
3. Bring vegetables to a boil with regular stirring.
