How to cook fanesque

How to cook fanesque
1. Cereals, if hard or old, soak for 4-5 hours.

3. Peel the pumpkin from the peel and seeds, cut into squares 3 centimeters thick.

5. Pour water from a saucepan with pumpkin, rub pumpkin through a sieve or grind in a blender.
6. Peel and chop onions and garlic.
7. Pour olive oil into a saucepan, heat over medium heat, fry chopped onions and garlic for 5 minutes.
8. Put pumpkin puree, a mixture of boiled legumes together with the water in which they were cooked, and cumin in a saucepan. 9. Cook fanesca over medium heat for 15 minutes.
10. Dissolve the peanut and sesame paste in warm milk, pour the mixture into the fanesque and keep on medium heat for 5 minutes.
