How to cook squid without defrosting

1. Do not thaw frozen squid (either whole carcass, or rings, or peeled squid).
2. Pour enough cold water into a saucepan to hold all the frozen squid.
3. Put a saucepan on a low heat, bring water to a boil.
4. Add salt, pepper and bay leaf to the saucepan.
5. Put the squid in boiling water, mark for 1 minute for cooking.
6. Turn off the heat under the pan, cover and insist the squid for 10 minutes.

Cooking tips

During the slow heating of water, the squid is almost completely thawed, and cooked already thawed.
