Fusofacts
For cooking, use deep dishes to avoid situations with water spilled on the bottom of the microwave.Microwaves are designed so that, unlike traditional defrosting methods, the food is heated from the inside out, and not vice versa. Therefore, in order for the shrimp to cook evenly, they need to be mixed several times during the cooking process.
The shrimp will not cook evenly if you load more than one kilogram in one dish - so divide your shrimp and cook in equal batches. To give shrimp an Asian flavor, you can season them with hot pepper, dried garlic and a pinch of dried ginger, and use lime and mint leaves instead of lemon.
If you overexpose the shrimp, they will turn out to be rubbery, so do not overdo it over time.
You can add a small cube of butter to freshly cooked shrimp - this will make them softer and more aromatic.
A shrimp, like a crayfish, has a "food duct" in its tail, so do not forget to pull it out during a snack, or remove it by cutting the tail from the back along it.
