How to make chicken ginger sauce
1. Rinse the chicken fillet, cut into strips 0.5 centimeters thick, 2.5-3 centimeters long.
2. Peel the ginger, finely grate.
3. Put the meat in a bowl, squeeze the juice from the lemon quarter into it, stir.
4. Pour soy sauce, kefir into a bowl of meat, add grated ginger, add black pepper, curry, mix.
5. Leave the meat to marinate for 4 hours.
6. Wash and chop the dill.
7. Peel the onion, cut into small squares.
8. Wash carrots, peel, chop into strips several millimeters thick, 2-3 centimeters long.
9. Peel the garlic, chop with a sharp knife.
10. Place a frying pan on a low heat, pour in olive oil, heat for a few minutes.
11. Put onion in heated oil, fry for 3-5 minutes.
12. Add carrots, garlic to the onion, fry for another 5 minutes.
13. Put starch in the marinated chicken fillet, mix.
14. Transfer the fried vegetables to a saucepan or cauldron.
15. Add the starchy chicken along with the marinade to a saucepan with vegetables.
16. Pour sugar, salt, pour in a third of a glass of water, add chopped dill, mix.
17. Cover the sauce in a frying pan with a lid, leave on the stove over medium heat for 20-30 minutes, top up with hot water if necessary.
18. Remove the saucepan from the burner, before serving, darken the sauce under the lid for 15-20 minutes.
