How to cook chicken stew
Separate the chicken meat from the bones and fat, put in a saucepan with a little cold water, salt and pepper and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Sterilize the cans (pour some water and put them in the microwave for 10 minutes at the highest power).
Place 5 peppercorns and a couple of bay leaves in each jar.
Place chicken in jars and cover with screw caps.
Put a towel in a deep saucepan, put jars of chicken meat on it, and fill the pan with water up to the shoulders of the jars with future stew.
Boil the chicken in stewed cans for 5 hours on the quietest heat under a lid, periodically checking the water level. Add water if necessary.
Close the jars tightly with lids, cool and put in the refrigerator.

How to cook beef stew

Cook beef stew in the same way as chicken stew, but because beef is not fatty meat; during cooking, add lard to the beef at the rate of 100 grams of fat per 1 kilogram of beef. Boil the beef stew for 6 hours.

How to cook stew in a slow cooker
Place pieces of meat (beef, pork, chicken) in the multicooker and set the multicooker to the "Stew" mode. Simmer the meat for 5 hours, adding spices and seasonings in 1 hour. Then put the meat with the resulting fat in jars, close and put in a warm place for a day. Then store the stew prepared in a multicooker in the refrigerator.
