How to cook meat and how much?


Meat is tasty, nutritious, healthy. The range of fresh meat varieties is wide enough today. Each housewife can create a varied diet for herself and her family. Boiled meat is a versatile ingredient that can enrich almost any dish - soups, main courses, snacks, and numerous salads.


The general principle is that the meat is put in cold (for soup or broth) or boiling (for salads and slices) water, so that the water will cover it with a margin. Add seasonings and salt at the beginning of cooking, and half an hour before cooking, add carrots and onions, and add salt if necessary (try the broth). Any meat should be cooked until soft, if there is a bone, then the meat should easily move away from it.

  3. part of the mascara.
