  • 2. The noodles should be boiled over high heat at the most active boiling of water, since the pasta cools the water and if the fire is low, boiling will stop due to this cooling, and the noodles will instantly stick together in non-boiling water.
  • 3. When the water is actively boiling - add salt (1 teaspoon of salt for 2 liters of water) and a little of the most ordinary oil so that the noodles do not stick together.
  • 4. The water is ready for boiling the noodles - now put the noodles in the pot and immediately start stirring actively with a spoon. Due to the structure, the noodles instantly stick together; it is rather difficult to break it apart during cooking. For the same purpose, the pasta is not covered with a lid.
  • 5. When boiling, it is important that the noodles are completely submerged along their entire length. If this does not happen, the water evaporating from the pan will act on the still dry pasta like glue. And if a gas stove is used during cooking, then the fire can melt the pasta and the dish will be spoiled. Therefore, you should not leave the stove in the first couple of minutes of cooking.
  • 6. After boiling, the noodles must be thrown into a colander, shaken slightly in it and returned to the hot pot. Add oil there and cover the noodles so that they do not cool down for as long as possible.

How to make shrimp noodles
1. Boil 1 liter of water.

How to cook Thai noodle soup
1. Pour the vegetable broth into a saucepan and put on fire.
2. Add cilantro, pepper, garlic and ginger.

4. Cut the tofu cheese, put in a bowl, pour over soy sauce and leave for half an hour.
