If the beets are frozen

Frozen beets do not lose their edibility, unless they have been repeatedly frozen or thawed due to temperature fluctuations. The taste of the vegetable does not suffer when frozen, but the sweetness increases from frost. Such beets can be used for any dishes: pass through a grater and make a frying for borscht, boil and put on salads, bake in the oven, stuff.
Before cooking, the vegetable should be thawed by leaving it at room temperature or placing it in cold (!) Water. If there are a lot of frozen beets, you can put them in the freezer or on the balcony at freezing temperatures and gradually use them.
