How to make strawberry blanks

Well, if you love strawberries so much that you want to enjoy them all year round, make a strawberry harvest for the winter. There are many options:

1. Jam... The jam can be boiled with whole berries or mashed during cooking. Strawberries are never sugary-sweet or sugary-sour, so both are ready-made dessert.
2. Jam - for summer breakfasts in winter. For greater tenderness, the boiled berry is rubbed through cheesecloth so that the bones and hard parts of the pulp do not even get into the workpiece.
3. Compote - for fond memories. Strawberries are poured to the top in jars and poured with syrup. It turns out not just a dessert, but a ready-made decoration for cakes and pastries.
4. Grated strawberries with sugar are the healthiest, but keep only in the refrigerator or freezer.
5. The ingenious way is to make strawberry vinegar by mixing chopped strawberries with apple cider vinegar and sugar. This vinegar is ideal for marinating meat and perfect as a sauce for meat dishes.
6. Dry the strawberries. Strawberry "chips" can then be eaten neat, or added to cereals, pies, and simply brewed teas with them.
