However, if you really want to, you can try to make soup from milk mushrooms. Only first you need to boil the milk mushrooms for fifteen minutes or soak for a day, changing the water every hour. Otherwise, there will be strong bitterness.

Cooking milk mushrooms from fresh mushrooms
This dish requires large milk mushrooms - four or five, as well as two potatoes and one liter of water. In addition, onions (one medium onion) and butter can be used to sauté it.
An important condition is that before preparing such a soup, the milk mushrooms must be soaked in water for at least a day.

Then all that remains is to salt to taste and add sour cream when serving. For beauty, you can sprinkle finely chopped greens into the dill (usually fresh dill is used for this).

Cooking milk mushrooms from salted mushrooms
You will need 500 g of beef, 3 potatoes, 1 onion, 300 g of salted milk mushrooms, 1 carrot, 4 tbsp. spoons of rice, salt, pepper, dill seeds.

The meat is washed out, freed from the films. The mushrooms are cut into strips, then filled with chilled water, which can be changed twice or three times. Beef broth is boiled. The boiled meat is removed and cut into pieces. Preparing a dressing of carrots and onions. It is necessary to fry on medium heat for no more than three minutes. Rice is washed, then poured into ready-made beef broth. After boiling the rice, potatoes are placed in the soup for five minutes and cooking continues until it is half cooked. Then frying is introduced into the soup. Only after this are milk mushrooms added, which are boiled for another ten minutes. At the end, salt, pepper and dried dill are added.
