Can sausages be frozen or not?

Is it possible to freeze sausages if you bought them for future use and do not have time to eat them before the expiration date?

Sausages can be stored in the refrigerator for only 3-4 days. Then they should be quickly eaten or thrown away. If during this time they are not used, then there is a completely natural desire to remove unclaimed products in the freezer. Remembering about the sausages in a few weeks, defrosting and boiling them in the usual way, you will see that the sausages have not changed their taste and are practically no different from those freshly purchased in the store. The only thing is that some types of sausages may get slightly wet after defrosting. Feel free to boil them, add to any side dish, soup, pizza, salad. There is only one limitation: you can defrost sausages only once, they cannot be re-frozen.

In addition to ordinary sausages, raw sausages are also frozen in yeast or puff pastry. The main thing is that the dough is raw and properly cooked, then after defrosting the dish can be prepared in the usual way.

And if you cooked sausages - do not freeze them, they have already been cooked, so after freezing their taste will not be the best. The calorie content of the sausages is low, so just eat them right away.
