And in order for the bean dish to turn out delicious, you need to observe everything rules for cooking beans... First, rinse well with water - the most convenient way to do this is to use a colander. Then pour over boiling water and cool completely. A sign that everything is going well will be a shriveled skin.

Pour the cooled beans with cool boiled water so that it covers the grains by 2 - 3 cm. For the best soaking, you can add a little baking soda - for two cups of beans from a quarter to half a teaspoon, but no more.

It takes several hours to soak. Can be left overnight. After we rinse, we soak with a whole teaspoon of soda for 1 - 2 minutes and rinse again. Fill with cold water and set to cook.
