Do I need to rinse buckwheat?

Reading time - 1 min
buckwheat
Buckwheat, like any other cereal, should be rinsed before cooking. This should be done without fail, even despite the fact that buckwheat was processed at the factory. The conditions at the factory may not be styryl, therefore, for peace of mind and safety, buckwheat should be poured into a sieve and held under cold water, rubbing the grains with your fingers, and to enhance the effect, you can rinse the cereal with boiling water. After this stage, the cereal is completely prepared for cooking - it must be put in a saucepan, filled with water and just boiled.

An additional disinfection measure is calcining in a frying pan. Shake off the water immediately after washing, and put the buckwheat on a hot frying pan. Keep the buckwheat in a pan, stirring, until a rich smell is formed, then cook over the usual way.
