If you alternate oatmeal with other food, then it will restore the ratio of calcium in the body, but if not, calcium deficiency will arise over time.
  • Eating instant oatmeal (non-boiled porridge) with every meal can really harm the body. The stomach may be affected. Instant porridge contains chemical elements that have a negative effect on the stomach. In addition, oatmeal for cereals without cooking is additionally processed and the speed of cooking is not the best service for the benefits of the final dish. It turns out that you are deceiving the body by eating "emptiness", you are instantly saturated with a quick breakfast, but in fact, after a couple of hours after such a breakfast, you want to eat.
  • Oatmeal contains many beneficial elements, but excessive consumption of the product can lead to disastrous consequences... Even with a diet, it is recommended to take a rest from oatmeal at most once every 2 weeks.
