If mushrooms suddenly fermented (soured), then in no case should they be eaten. This can happen with mushrooms of absolutely all types of processing - salted, boiled, fried, marinated if stored improperly or too long.

Most often pickled mushrooms ferment if not observed pickling rules... Do not try to rinse them or do any other manipulation, including re-heat treatment, etc. Apparently, there was little salt when harvesting or it was too warm.

In any case, fermented mushrooms are not suitable for humans. The first signs of honey agaric spoilage directly indicate that this product has become a potentially dangerous poison not only for health, but also for life - for you and your loved ones. Get rid of spoiled mushrooms without hesitation.
