Swelling of honey agarics occurs due to violation pickling rules and the seaming and multiplication of bacteria - so active that it causes strong pressure on the lid. If this phenomenon, called "bombing" in the villages, happened a few hours after conservation, the marinade is transparent and the smell is pleasant, then the situation is fixable. Prepare new jars, wash them thoroughly under running water and sterilize in a way that is convenient for you (in an oven or on a kettle). While the jars are sterilized, boil the lids in boiling water for 3 minutes. Transfer the mushrooms to a colander and rinse well, you can again boil honey mushrooms... Prepare a fresh marinade in a saucepan and boil mushrooms in it for 10 minutes. Next, transfer them to sterilized jars, fill with marinade and tightly roll up the lids, making sure that there are no gaps left through which air can enter.

If a day has passed since the mushrooms were swollen, then it is better to throw them away so as not to cause irreparable harm to health. Even if a little time has passed, and the marinade has become cloudy, it means that the "bombing" of the cans has led to the mushrooms spoiling.
