Beans must be soaked for at least 8 hours (preferably overnight). In the absence of such an opportunity, express methods will come to the rescue:

  1. During cooking, add 1 teaspoon of sugar to the beans. The beans will cook faster.
  2. Artificially create temperature differences during cooking. Bring the beans filled with water to a boil, after boiling, drain the liquid, pour again with a new portion of cold water, boil and drain. Repeat the "trick" with cold water until the beans are tender. And it begins to become soft after the third time.
