How to eat crayfish
1. Cancers begin to eat with claws. It is necessary to tear off both claws in turn. In small arthropods, meat is sucked out of the claw, in large arthropods, it is cleared of the chitinous shell and absorbed by a piece.
2. Raise, eat yellow or white meat, do not eat a black lump at the beginning of the shell.
3. Separate the neck from the body - the tail.
4. Eat the pulp from the crustacean legs.
5. Remove the black strip from the neck - this is the intestine, and eat the remaining meat.
