For 1 kilogram of cucumbers you need
A tablespoon of salt without a slide
A teaspoon of sugar
2 cloves of garlic
3 allspice peas
Bunch of dill
A pinch of ground black pepper

A pinch of mustard seeds

Quick salting of cucumbers in stages
1. Select cucumbers no more than 10 cm in length. Rinse the cucumbers thoroughly and cut them into four equal parts.
2. Chop the dill finely.
3. Finely chop the garlic or pass through a press.
4. Put the cucumbers in a bag.
5. Add dill, garlic, mustard, peppercorns, cloves to the cucumbers.
6. Add sugar, salt, black pepper.
7. Mix everything well.
8. Tie the bag, leaving air in it.
9. Let stand for at least three hours, enjoy the spicy taste of lightly salted cucumbers.
