How to brew classic Kalmyk tea
1. Pour a liter of water into a saucepan.
2. Cut off Kalmyk tea, lightly divide, boil over medium heat.
3. Put pepper, nutmeg, bay leaf, a pinch of salt into boiling tea.
4. Constantly stirring, pour in milk in a thin stream, let the tea boil again, reduce heat to low.
5. Saturate the tea with oxygen - scoop the tea from the bottom of the pan with a ladle, raise the ladle with tea to a height of about 10 centimeters, pour the tea from the ladle into the pan in a thin stream, repeat the procedure 20-30 times.
6. Remove the tea from the burner, if desired, strain through a strainer.
7. Serve Kalmyk tea hot.
